Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
MGM Consulting respects the privacy of medical professionals, healthcare organizations and visitors to this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
01Information we collect
When you submit an application, organization inquiry or contact form, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email, phone, state, professional type, specialty, licensure details, availability and compensation preferences.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, government ID images, banking details or patient health information at the enquiry or application stage, and you should not include such information in any form on this site.
02How we use information
We use your information to review applications, match professionals with opportunities, respond to organization requests, send confirmations and updates, and operate and improve our services.
We do not sell personal information. We share it with an organization only in the context of a specific opportunity, and only after internal review and appropriate approval.
03Sharing and service providers
We use service providers for website hosting and form delivery. Where required, arrangements with those providers are governed by contract, and we ask for your consent before outreach where the law requires it.
04Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described and to meet legal obligations. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and access is limited to team members who need it for their role.
05Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing missy@mgmconsulting.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.
06Important limitations
We are a professional placement and consulting firm, not a covered entity providing clinical care, and we do not collect patient health information. Nothing in this policy claims HIPAA compliance or any other certification that has not been formally assessed.
This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
